Q: Why does DFW Designer Tees give five colors of print for free?
A: We use an automatic machine that will print a t-shirt every 6 seconds,
all colors are printed simultaneously with the operator simply loading
the shirts. If you've ever ordered shirts and been charged a
"screen charge," just want tell you that a screen cost about
$.30 to make. DFW would rather eat the $.30 than feel like we are
ripping you off!
Q: Can I order just one shirt?
A: Our minimum order is 12 pieces of the same design in
the same color.
Q: Can DFW print on sleeves?
A: We can! Sleeve printing is available on short and long sleeved tees.
The charge for sleeve printing is $1.50 per shirt with a 2 color maximum
(for quality purposes).
Q: How long will it take to get my t-shirts?
A: Our normal turn-around is 2-3 days after your artwork has
been approved.
Q: What types of files do you accept for artwork?
A: We can accept a jpeg, pdf, wmf, or tiff. If you need assistance
converting your file, just give us a call and we will walk you through
the process.
Q: Is there an additional charge for exact color match?
A: A flat rate for exact color matching is $50 per color.
Q: Is there a charge for printing names on a shirt?
A: Yes, we charge $2 per name and is only available in 1 color.
Q: Is there a charge for putting numbers on a shirt?
A: Yes, numbers are available for $5 per shirt.
Q: What brands of shirts do you carry?
A: We carry Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees and Anvil, but there are lots of other brands available, for more information visit our gear page and see our full catalog.
Q: Is there a charge for plus sizes?
A: Yes, we charge $1.50 extra each for sizes 2x-5x
(this is what we pay and we just pass it along).
Q: If I order 50 shirts and then need a few more, can you fill my order?
A: Unfortunately, even after we have done your job our minimum order is still 12 pieces.
Q: Is it possible to get my shirts in 1 day?
A: Yes you can! Next day service is available for $75.00 rush charge regardless of the size of the order and does not include next day shipping.
Q: Can I get more than 5 colors of print?
A: Yes, additional colors are available for $0.25 per color per location.
